Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.95.
Delivery is free on order over £60.
A signature will be required for all our deliveries.

Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5 days from the date or order. We will let you know if there will be any delays on getting your order to you.

Need something urgently? Order before midday for next day delivery. Please call us with your order and we will send it guaranteed next day delivery for £8.95.

Overseas delivery: this includes any orders that are non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands or overseas. These will all incur additional delivery charges, please email us for a quote.

Exchange and refunds:

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges and returned postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
