Information on ChickP products:

Here at ChickP we strive to do all we can to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. Information such as product measurements and colours in particular may be approximate as variable on screens and printing may occur.

Photography - we will do our best to capture a true likeness in our photos but differences in light and conditions may affect the way our products appear.

Ordering and payment:

You can order our products easily through our online shop and using our Paypal checkout. Payments can be taken using Paypal or a credit or debit card. If you have a paypal account you can use that, and if not you can pay securely and easily using your credit or debit card.

Delivery:

Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.95.
Delivery is free on order over £60.
A signature will be required for all our deliveries.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5 days from the date of purchase. We will let you know if there will be any delays on getting your order to you.

Need something urgently? Order before midday for next day delivery. Please call us with your order and we will send it guaranteed next day delivery for £8.95.

Overseas delivery: this includes any orders that are non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands or overseas. These will all incur additional delivery charges, please email us for a quote.

Exchange and refunds:

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges and returned postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

All personal information collected through this website will be held securely in accordance with the UK's Data Protection Act 1998. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information that is provided to us through ordering or joining our mailing list to any third parties.

We will use your personal information provided only to: take and fulfil customer orders, administer and enhance the site and service and will only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
